How to practice Academic Speaking before IELTS ðŽð§
Many people ð think that if speaking English means ready to take the exam, but there are other areas to practice before taking the exam, such as reading, writing, and listening to English. Sometimes we may speak English but not reach the level of academic speaking. For anyone who wants to try to practice speaking English to answer the IELTS test, we recommend trying the Prep platform that can provide feedback to develop answers before taking the exam.
ð, when we were practicing speaking English before taking the IELTS exam ourselves, we weren't sure if our answer was the complete problem, so we turned to the IELTS Speaking Forecast Prep platform, which is a virtual test. There are three parts of the test. There are about seven questions for us to practice speaking.
âïļ give examples of English speaking exam practice problems such as:
What are the differences between buildings in the city and in the countryside?
Do people in your country enjoy watching football games?
Why do people buy second-hand clothes?
ð we can say the answer, then the Prep system will check the answer, we are ready to give feedback on our strengths such as collocations, topic specific words, linking devices, and points to improve further, such as grammatical errors and pronunciation, and there are examples of ideal responses to give us an overview of how we should improve our answers to get higher scores.
ðĄ when we complete all three parts of the exam, the Prep system will compile and summarize the results of pronunciation, fluency and coherence, grammatical range and accuracy, and lexical resource. Along with the overall band score, we can see each side in detail or see the action plan that gives you an overview. Whoever is aiming for the speaking exercise before taking the IELTS exam, we would like to try the Prep to increase confidence and efficiency before taking the exam.
