Six months old, nap, change. How do I adjust?
Six months old, nap, change. How do I adjust?
(This house is not fixed + has a helper)
4-5 months
The baby takes four naps a day. Casual.
In the sixth month, 👇
Cold nap begins
❌. Hard to sleep.
❌ bent.
❌ Some days disappear.
-
So I adjusted + experimented like this. 👇
📍 short nap.
Let yourself sleep.
👉 practice sleeping yourself.
📍 middle nap (with mother shirt)
Drop the "shirt my mother was wearing." 💗
👉 easier to sleep.
📍 the main nap of the day.
Let yourself sleep first.
👉 Get up 30 minutes.
👉. I hugged her. I lobbied.
👉 This nap is the longest of the day. ✨
-
💡 but the truth is...
"Each day is not the same."
Some days 3 naps.
Some days, 2 naps.
Some cold naps just disappear.
-
📌. The way I actually used it.
✔ doesn't hold the exact table.
✔ Look at the baby signal.
👉 But! What day is mom so busy?
Will use "Wake Windows" to help ⏰
About this. 👇
• Get up early → First nap ~ 2 hours
• Next nap → ~ 2-2.5 hours
• Bedtime → ~ 2.5-3 hours
👉 makes time much easier.
-
Summary 👇
"Free day = raise according to the child feed.
Busy days = Use wake window help "
Balance, my life is real. 💕
