Why we pay: Size Medium is a 'fool' because it makes us think "10 baht more is the biggest size, worth a lot more!" In the end, the brand sold the most expensive things for us.
2. The "scarcity" strategy (Scarcity & Urgency) 🔥
"Last 2 pieces left!," "Only today's promotion," "5 people are watching this product."
Why we pay: Our brain is afraid of loss (FOMO). When you see that the item will run out or the time will run out, we will stop using the reason and use 'emotion' to buy immediately because you are afraid of missing the good.
3. "Free stuff that doesn't exist" strategy (The Power of FREE!) 🎁
"Buy 500. - Free Shipping" or "Buy 2 Get 1."
Why we pay: The word 'free' has a huge destructive power. Sometimes we lack another 50 baht to send free. We will go to find a 100 baht item to top up to get 'free' (actually, the delivery fee is only 30 baht). In conclusion, we pay more to feel free!
