2 under 2 advice?!!

I’m about to hit my second trimester being pregnant with my second baby!! I’m 13w5d and this is just now starting to settle in that I’m gonna have 2 under 2. My first will be 18m by the time this baby comes. I’m due January 2025. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated as I am super stresse
