1- cocinar el pescado en 2 tazas agua hirviendo salada por unos tres minutos, colar y reservar el caldo / Cook the fish in 2 cups of boiling salted water for about three minutes, strain and reserve the broth.

2. Preparar una salsa o sofrito el aceite, la cebolla, ajo, ajƭes, especias secas, purƩ de tomate (todo a su gusto) S&P, para aƱadir las masas del pescado y cocinarlas por unos cinco minutos hasta que todo quede bien incorporado/ Make a sauce or sofrito with the oil, onion, garlic, chili peppers, dried spices, tomato puree (all to your taste) S&P, add the fish and cook them for about five minutes until everything is well incorporated.

3. Hacer el arroz cocinando la cebolla, ajo, cilantro, caldo del pescado, y aƱadir el arroz bien lavado, y cocinarlo como acostumbra / Make the rice by cooking the onion, garlic, cilantro, fish broth, and add the well-washed rice, and cook it as usual

4. Engrasar una vasija con mayonesa, colocar capas de arroz, pescado, y arroz ( puedes esparcir un poco de mayonesa entre ellas). Puedes volearlo a un plato llano y decorar a gusto. / Grease a bowl with mayonnaise, place layers of rice, fish, and rice (you can spread a little mayonnaise between them). You can turn it out onto a flat plate and decorate as you like.
