1) Do not apply too thin

3) Makeup with not enough SPF!

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้เริ่มเปลี่ยนวิธีทากันแดดใหม่โดยเน้นความถูกต้องตามคำแนะนำนี้ ทำให้ผิวหน้าดูสดใสและมีสุขภาพดีขึ้นมาก อย่างแรกคือทากันแดดทุกวันแม้อยู่ในห้องหรือร่ม เพราะรังสี UVA สามารถผ่านกระจกเข้ามาทำร้ายผิวได้จริงๆ ผิวจึงไม่หมองคล้ำและไม่เกิดริ้วรอยก่อนวัยง่ายๆ นอกจากนี้ การใช้ปริมาณกันแดดอย่างเพียงพอก็สำคัญมาก โดยส่วนตัวผมเลือกใช้เนื้อเซรั่ม เพราะบางเบา ซึมง่าย ไม่เหนียวเหนอะหนะ และซ้ำระหว่างวันทุก 2–3 ชั่วโมงเมื่อออกไปกลางแจ้งหรือทำกิจกรรมหนัก เหงื่อออกเยอะ กันแดดจะได้ปกป้องผิวอย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพ บางครั้งเรามักพึ่งพาเครื่องสำอางที่มี SPF เช่น รองพื้นหรือแป้ง ซึ่งปริมาณที่ทาอาจไม่พอกับมาตรฐานป้องกันผิวจริง ทำให้ผิวยังโดนแดดทำร้ายอยู่ วิธีแก้คือใช้กันแดดจริง ๆ ก่อนลงเมคอัพ เพื่อความปลอดภัยของผิวในระยะยาว และเลือกสูตรกันแดดที่เหมาะกับสภาพผิว เช่น ผิวแพ้ง่ายควรใช้สูตรอ่อนโยน ผิวแห้งควรใช้สูตรที่มีมอยส์เจอร์ไรเซอร์ผสมอยู่ ผมแนะนำให้ลองใช้ Kiehl’s Better Screen UV Serum SPF 50 PA++++ ซึ่งเป็นกันแดดเนื้อเซรั่มที่ช่วยให้ผิวดูโกลว์สุขภาพดี หลังทาจะรู้สึกสบายผิว ไม่อุดตันหรือเหนียวเหนอะหนะ และยังช่วยฟื้นฟูคอลลาเจนผิวให้แข็งแรงขึ้น ลดการเป็นริ้วรอยจากแสงแดดได้ด้วย สรุปคือ การทากันแดดอย่างถูกวิธี คือ การทาทุกวัน ทาให้ปริมาณเพียงพอ ทาก่อนออกแดด 15-20 นาที และซ้ำระหว่างวันตามความเหมาะสม เพื่อปกป้องผิวจากการโดนรังสียูวีอย่างเต็มที่ จึงจะช่วยให้หน้าดูเด็ก เต่งตึง และไม่หมองคล้ำอย่างแท้จริง
