1. The definition of awakening is to "recognize the self."
Awakening, in the view of the eggplant teacher, is that one can "remember the real self" of who we are, where we come from, and what we come for. Once remembered, the feeling of alienation or confusion in life disappears into real peace and inner peace, like being on a boat that has been trampled in a monsoon all his life, and then the sea suddenly returns to calm.
2. The nature of the "mind" and the journey of the soul.
• The real mind is very independent, so when we move our mind, we don't force, don't control, if we try to focus or force it, we block it immediately.
• Set Intention The journey of the mind must start by pinning or aiming where we are going, but on the way, we must let Higher Self (personal leader) lead us where we really should go.
• The difference between "thought" and "mind." Thoughts are weighted, controlled and tried to imagine, but the journey of the mind feels light, relaxed, and sometimes we can't change the image as we like, because it's the truth of the mind.
3. Unlocking life through hypnosis (Hypnotherapy)

ในประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวของผม การตื่นรู้ตัวตนที่แท้จริงไม่ใช่เรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นง่ายๆ แต่เป็นกระบวนการที่ต้องอาศัยการฝึกฝนและการเรียนรู้ที่สม่ำเสมอ ผมเคยผ่านช่วงเวลาที่รู้สึกหลงทางและสับสนในชีวิต จนได้ลองใช้เทคนิคการตั้งจิต (Set Intention) และปล่อยให้ Higher Self นำทาง เหมือนกับที่ครูมะเขือแนะนำ สิ่งที่น่าประหลาดใจคือความรู้สึกสงบและความรู้แจ้งที่ค่อยๆ ปรากฏขึ้นมา การใช้การสะกดจิตเพื่อปลดล็อกปมเก่าๆ ก็เป็นอีกเครื่องมือที่ทรงพลัง ช่วยให้เราเข้าใจรากเหง้าของปัญหาที่ซ้อนลึกในจิตใต้สำนึก ซึ่งบางครั้งอาจสืบทอดมาจากอดีตชาติ การได้เผชิญหน้ากับสาเหตุเหล่านี้ทำให้เราปล่อยวางและเปลี่ยนแปลงมุมมองชีวิตได้อย่างลึกซึ้ง นอกจากนี้ การชิฟต์พลังงานและการเปิดตาที่สามไม่เพียงช่วยให้เชื่อมโยงกับมิติที่สูงขึ้น แต่ยังเสริมสร้างความสามารถในการรับรู้และตัดสินใจในชีวิตประจำวันอย่างมีสติ ผมพบว่าหลังจากเริ่มดูแลทั้งร่างกายและจิตวิญญาณ ชีวิตเริ่มเปลี่ยนไปในทางที่ดีขึ้นโดยไม่ต้องบีบคั้นหรือพยายามมากเกินไป พลังงานจากภายในที่เปลี่ยนแปลงนำความอุดมสมบูรณ์และความรักเข้ามาสู่ชีวิตโดยธรรมชาติ สุดท้ายนี้ หากใครกำลังรู้สึกว่าสับสนหรือไม่พร้อม ไม่จำเป็นต้องรอให้สถานการณ์สงบลงก่อนที่จะเริ่มศึกษา เพราะการเลือกเดินตามเสียงหัวใจแม้ในความวุ่นวาย สามารถเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นนำไปสู่การตื่นรู้และการเปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตที่แท้จริงได้อย่างน่าทึ่ง
