❤️🔥5 things Ann wanted to tell herself when she started getting rheumatoid.❤️🔥
❤️🔥 5 things Ann wanted to tell herself when she started being a rheumatoid. ❤️🔥
1️⃣ Don't despair, because life doesn't end here.
The day I found out I was sick, Ann thought I couldn't come back to normal life.
But today, Ann can walk, exercise, work and be happy.
Disease can be part of life.
But not necessarily all of life.
2️⃣ Take care of yourself every day. More important than finding shortcuts.
Ann used to think that there must be some kind of magical aid.
But what really sees the effect is to take care of yourself consistently.
Eat good food.
Get enough sleep.
Stress management
Move your body regularly.
These small matters accumulate into big results in the long run.
3️⃣ Don't force your body, but don't stop moving.
During the pain, Ann was afraid of movement.
But as you move less, the muscles become weaker.
The body needs balance.
Rest when necessary and move as much as you can.
4️⃣ Health is not just about problems.
It took Ann a long time to understand that
Food
Sleeping
Stress
Muscle
Gut.
Body weight
All affect the quality of life each day.
The better to take care of the big picture,
The better to live.
5️⃣ Believe that change is possible.
Everything gradually gets better from taking care of itself a little bit at a time.
Recovery is a long story.
Today may not change yet.
But if you keep doing good things,
In the next six months or a year,
You may thank yourself for not giving up today.
❤️ Rheumatoid may change the course of life.
But there's no need to stop our dreams.
