Equipment to be prepared
Sunflower seeds (for sapling)
Common loam or coconut flax
A tray or low basin (drill a drain hole)
Foggy sprays water.
Planting procedure (7-day recipe)
Day 1: Soak the seeds.
Soak the sunflower seeds in warm water for 8-12 hours, then curing them in a wet cloth for another night so that the blister roots start to germinate.
Day 2: Down to earth
Sprinkle the soil into a tray about 1-2 inches thick, spray it with water, then sprinkle the cured seeds all over (not overlapping too thick), sprinkle a thin layer of drowning soil and spray the water again.
Days 3-4: Dark Cover
Use another tray to cover it to stay in the dark (allowing the plant to stretch straight and long quickly). Open the morning-evening watering.
Days 5-6: Receiving light
Remove the covered tray and place it in the shade (do not get sunny, the tree will be withered). The sapling will start to turn fresh green, watering morning-evening as usual.
Day 7: Harvest
When the tree is about 3-4 inches long, the banquet leaf is spread out beautifully. Use scissors to cut slightly over the soil and wash the flakes. Ready to stir the clam oil or put the salad on. Or sell it to the market, it is easy to sell, sell, sell, sell, make money too. 🌱
จากประสบการณ์ตรงในการปลูกต้นอ่อนทานตะวัน ผมขอแชร์เพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้เพื่อนๆ ได้ผลผลิตที่ดีและคุณภาพสูงขึ้นนะครับ นอกจากการแช่เมล็ดในน้ำอุ่นแล้ว การเลือกเมล็ดพันธุ์คุณภาพดีและสดใหม่สำคัญมาก เมล็ดเก่าหรือเก็บไว้นานจะงอกยากและต้นไม่แข็งแรง การใช้ผ้าเปียกในการบ่มเมล็ดช่วยให้รากได้งอกดี แต่ต้องสังเกตความชื้นให้เหมาะสม อย่าให้แฉะจนเกินไปเพราะอาจเกิดเชื้อราหรือเน่าได้ ในขั้นตอนการลงดิน ควรใช้ดินร่วนที่มีการระบายน้ำดีหรือขุยมะพร้าวเพื่อให้รากต้นอ่อนได้รับอากาศเพียงพอ และระวังอย่าให้เมล็ดซ้อนกันหนาจนเกินไป เพราะจะทำให้ต้นอ่อนยืดตัวแออัดและชะลอการเจริญเติบโต การคลุมมืดในวันที่ 3-4 ช่วยกระตุ้นให้ต้นอ่อนทานตะวันยาวเร็วและตรงสวย แต่ต้องระวังเวลาคลุมไม่ควรนานเกินไปจนขาดอากาศ หรือมีความชื้นสะสมจนเป็นเชื้อรา วันที่ 5-6 เมื่อเอาถาดคลุมออก อย่าลืมวางในที่ร่มรำไรที่มีแสงพอเหมาะ เพื่อให้ต้นอ่อนได้รับแสงเป็นสีเขียวสดและสร้างคลอโรฟิลล์ แต่ต้องหลีกเลี่ยงแสงแดดจัดเพราะทำให้ต้นเหี่ยว อีกเรื่องสำคัญคือการรดน้ำ ควรรดน้ำวันละ 2 ครั้ง เช้าและเย็น โดยใช้น้ำปริมาณพอเหมาะ ไม่ควรแฉะหรือแห้งเกินไป เพราะจะทำให้ต้นอ่อนไม่สมบูรณ์ สำหรับการเก็บเกี่ยว ควรตัดต้นอ่อนทานตะวันที่มีความสูงประมาณ 3-4 นิ้ว ใบกางออกสวยงาม และใช้กรรไกรตัดเหนือผิวดินเล็กน้อย เพื่อให้ง่ายต่อการล้างและนำไปใช้ทันที ผมเองได้นำต้นอ่อนทานตะวันไปปรุงอาหารหลากหลายเมนู เช่น ผัดน้ำมันหอย หรือนำไปใส่สลัดเพิ่มความสดชื่น และยังเคยทดลองนำไปขายที่ตลาดชุมชน ปรากฏว่าเป็นที่นิยม สามารถสร้างรายได้เสริมได้อย่างดีเลยทีเดียว การปลูกต้นอ่อนทานตะวันเป็นกิจกรรมง่ายๆ ที่ใครก็ทำได้ที่บ้าน ช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยของอาหาร และยังเป็นการสร้างรายได้ในยุคที่ใครๆ ก็อยากหารายได้เสริมครับ
