🍕 Lover @ home Nakhon Sawan Pizza is a homemade pizza restaurant like Delivery, 📌 we are joining half of the Plus program. We see that there are advantages and limitations that the store should consider. We will prepare first. We will conclude to make the shop that is deciding whether or not to participate. It fits our store model.

✅ Advantage

1. Attract more customers

When customers can use half plus rights with our store, it is immediately a "pay half" or a discount. This increases the order, motivating more people to order through Delivery.

2. Create an image of the store that fits into state policy.

Joining the project shows that "you are ready to meet the standard" and receive customers through a new channel. This allows the store to look modern, adaptive and have the opportunity to make the word "joint store" a point of trust.

3. Opportunities increase sales and reach wider customers.

Because more people use the rights on the Delivery platform, and participating stores will also be promoted by the platform and by the project. For example, our store with GrabFood will receive a special GP (store fee). We usually pay 30% + vat, but this is reduced to 7% + vat (this one we share from Nov. 3, so it's special at 7%).

This is very good because we usually pay a lot of fees and campaigns promote stores in this project.

4. Opportunities increase order frequency & increase balance per time

Customers who know they can use it tend to choose more menus or order more often because they feel it's worth it. This allows the store to have "repeat / additional orders."

⚠️ Restrictions / disadvantages

1. Shipping costs are not included in the rights.

The project clearly states that "the state only supports food / drink charges." It does not include shipping fees. That means customers have to pay for their own delivery in full, which can cause when customers see the total cost and feel "less discount."

2. Time and platform conditions

Exercise, the specific period is 6: 00 to 9: 00 p.m.

3. System / Order Management

The store must "press for items" within the time specified by the project (i.e. 10 minutes) and may need to check whether the order came from the project.

📌 this step, our shop will be very busy because we are doing it alone. We have to press confirmation in the Money Bag app in 10 minutes or the order will be canceled while the order continues.

Unlike a typical order (money through a "money bag" app and including state money), accounting / money systems may have added steps, such as standing shop documents / welding systems.

❌ If the store is not ready for the system, there may be mistakes or opportunities, the new store must study and practice well.

4. Cost and fees / GP

Although the project has a point of attraction, the store may be charged a GP or service charge from the platform that manages to join the project, which may be higher than the general order, or have special conditions that must be calculated for the new store.

→ The store must calculate whether the "discount + increase" compensates for the cost / fee.

5. Limited menu / product type

The project identifies it as a participating restaurant / drink and trades must be true, not at the same location as the buyer.

📌 If the store has other services, such as bakery / dessert / retail food, that are not delivered through the platform or out of condition, not all rights may apply.

6. The working capital must be prepared, because the participating Deluvery store will receive the next three days from the date of listing, so the store will have to use the reserve capital to circulate before ❌ (this is also a stumble, because next to the original system that the app will transfer to the next day, we will rotate day by day).

🔍 Considerations for your store

Check if the Delivery platform used by the store (or wanted to use) has a "half plus" support scheme.

📌 Calculate the specific cost: food + shipping + GP / platform service charge + discounts to lose by itself ➡️ to see if the net is "profit" or "waste."

📌 Consider the time period: If the store is open outside the range of 06: 00-21: 00, it may not be fully exercised.

📌 Communication Planning: If the store joins the project, it should promote "half plus" to draw new customers.

📌 Evaluate the process within the store: Clear the order from project vs general order > >, so as not to confuse delivery / account.

📌 Get the working capital ready.

✅ We think there are more advantages than disadvantages for our pizza parlor, but if you're new, your friends might want to consider it.
