Restaurant / Cafe Busan 2025 # 1
We travel in mid-February 2025 in winter, but Busan is warmer than Seoul. The weather is about 0-9 degrees. This trip is not very long. We only sleep for five nights in Busan, so we will share the restaurants and cafes that have visited Marao.
Solsot Shop, a famous shop (around Yonnam, a lot of people in line. At Busan there is no queue at all), but we personally prefer the clay pot baked rice shop that is Busan's original shop.
The Handasot Main Branch is a very delicious fish grill. The rice is oily and the side dish is awesome. There are many branches. We went to eat the branch around gwangalli.

It is a famous shop for Busan and also got Michelin Guide Busan 2025. There are a few menus to choose from. We ordered 3 things: almost every menu at the shop has fermented meat, fresh meat and potatoes. I like fermented meat very much. It's very delicious. But the potatoes are very sweet. We ate 2 words. Stop it. 🥹 This shop is waiting for a little bit. We booked through the catch table app, so it didn't wait very long. The price is strong. 3 people lost 4,700 + +.
Cafe layered at Centum City. This mall, anyone who goes to Busan must stop by. If tired, it is recommended to sit and eat snacks at Cafe layered. It is our favorite cafe. There is also a branch in Seoul. We like to eat bear cakes as choco banana. 🍌

This shop, we have pinned it since 2023, but didn't come to taste it. This time, there was a chance to visit. It was a shop that we found by chance. But the taste is very impressive. ขอมารีวิวเจาะลึก “Handasot” แบบเน้นๆ เพราะรอบนี้ที่ปูซานเราชอบร้านนี้ที่สุดในหมวดข้าวอบหม้อดินจริงๆ (เราไปสาขาแถวกวางอัลลี แต่ร้านมีหลายสาขา) ใครกำลังหาว่า Handasot คืออะไร/อร่อยไหม/ควรสั่งเมนูไหน อ่านตรงนี้แล้วตัดสินใจได้เลยค่ะ Handasot เป็นร้านข้าวอบหม้อดินสไตล์เกาหลีที่เด่นมากเรื่อง “ปลาย่าง” กับ “ข้าว” ตัวข้าวจะเป็นแนวๆมันๆนัวๆ มีความหอมจากการอบในหม้อดิน กินคู่กับเครื่องเคียงแล้วเข้ากันสุดๆ จุดที่เราชอบคือปลาย่างทำมาดีมาก เนื้อไม่แห้ง กลิ่นย่างหอม และเสิร์ฟมาร้อนๆแบบเพิ่งออกจากครัว เมนูที่แนะนำถ้าไปครั้งแรก - เซ็ตปลาแซลมอนย่าง: ชิ้นปลาใหญ่ กินง่าย รสชาติกลางๆแต่กลมกล่อม เหมาะกับคนที่อยากเริ่มแบบเซฟๆ - เซ็ตเนื้อย่าง (จะมาเป็นชิ้นๆ): รสจะเข้มขึ้นหน่อย กินกับข้าวหม้อดินคือฟินมาก โดยเฉพาะตอนตักข้าวส่วนที่ติดก้นหม้อจะกรุบๆหอมๆ ทริคการกินให้สนุกขึ้น (อันนี้เราเพิ่งรู้สึกว่าทำแล้วอร่อยกว่า) 1) รีบชิมปลาหรือเนื้อก่อนตอนยังร้อนๆ จะได้ความหอมย่างเต็มที่ 2) ค่อยๆตักข้าวจากขอบๆลงมากลางหม้อ จะได้ทั้งข้าวนุ่มและข้าวกรอบก้นหม้อผสมกัน 3) อย่ามองข้ามเครื่องเคียง (บันชัน) เพราะช่วยตัดเลี่ยนและทำให้รสชาติไม่จำเจ เราว่าของเค้าจัดว่าดีและเติมความอิ่มได้เยอะเลย ช่วงเวลาที่เราแนะนำให้ไป เราเจอว่ามื้อเที่ยงคนจะเยอะกว่าปกติ ถ้าอยากไม่รอคิวนาน ลองไปก่อนเที่ยงเล็กน้อย หรือไปช่วงบ่ายๆหลังพีคไปแล้วจะชิลกว่า (โดยเฉพาะวันที่อากาศหนาวๆ 0-9 องศาแบบทริปเรา การได้นั่งกินของร้อนคือฟีลดีมาก) สรุปแบบคนกินจริง: ถ้าในทริปปูซานอยากมี 1 มื้อที่ “อร่อยแบบสบายใจ” ได้ปลาย่างดีๆ + ข้าวอบหม้อดินนัวๆ + เครื่องเคียงแน่นๆ เราว่า Handasot คุ้มมาก และเป็นร้านที่อยากให้เซฟไว้เผื่อวันไหนไม่รู้จะกินอะไรค่ะ
