My European Summer

this summer i got the opportunity to travel with my family and see so many new places!!

italy/vatican: we got to tour rome and the vatican, then to a train up to florence and see so many pretty areas!

switzerland: we were kind of all over! we stayed in lucerne and did day trips to different areas of the country!

france: strictly there for the eras tour in lyon, my parents and i have been to france before on different occasions so we were only here for like 36 hours 😅

spain: barcelona!!! i studied abroad here two years ago so it was like coming home for me and i loved sharing it with my parents! i also got to see my best friend of 15+ years while there since she was studying abroad this summer!

This summer was a dream come true as I traveled across Europe with my family. We soaked in the rich history and stunning architecture of Rome and the Vatican, navigating through the charming streets of Florence, known for its art and culture. The beauty of Switzerland unfolded as we stayed in Lucerne, embarking on delightful day trips to explore picturesque towns and breathtaking landscapes such as Interlaken and the Swiss Alps. Our whirlwind visit to France focused on witnessing the Eras Tour in Lyon, even though our time was brief. Each visit reinforced my love for French cuisine and local culture. Then, we made our way to Barcelona, a city that holds a special place in my heart from my study abroad days two years ago. Reuniting with my best friend was an unforgettable highlight, as we reminisced over tapas and shared our experiences. This trip not only deepened my appreciation for these beautiful countries but also strengthened my bond with my family during our summer exploration. With awe-inspiring landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and the Sagrada Familia, Europe truly has a way of captivating hearts.
