🌟 Royal Mail… what is going on?! 🌟

I finally received my letters today…

27 letters delivered at once after 6 weeks of getting parcels only.

Six. Weeks.

This isn’t a “delay” — this is a collapse of basic service.

📌 Still missing:

• important business correspondence that was posted over 2 weeks ago

• my new bank cards, also nowhere to be seen

When you’re running a business and you rely on timely documents, this level of service is beyond frustrating.

It’s disruptive. It’s stressful. And it’s unacceptable.

Royal Mail seriously needs to sort this out, because people depend on this service every single day, and right now it’s pure chaos.
