Dear God, thank You for another day and thank You for the breath in my lungs. Thank You for reminding me that even something as simple as breathing is a gift from You. Your word in Genesis 2:7 says, “The Lord God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being.” God, this gift You gave me today is a miracle. In the middle of everything that’s going to happen, help me to slow down and hold on to Your promises. When I feel exhausted, help me to breathe, inhale Your peace and exhale every worry that doesn’t need to be here. Teach me how to breathe in Your grace and let go of the pressure I place on myself. Remind me that I was created with care and that Your presence is with me in every breath I take. Thank You for hearing my prayer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
