Ingredients:
1 large trout fillet
2-3tbsp salt (also salt the skin)
1 tbsp pepper
2tbsp paprika
1tbsp dill
1tbsp garlic powder
Olive oil
(Optional: I like to add zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and red onion around the trout fillet before it bakes. Garlic stuffed olives are also a plus.)
Bake at 400° for 15-20 mins
