Anchor Tenant (Main Mall) zone is clearly divided and small shop space in straight rows... resembles a US shopping center or a late 80s-early 90s Singapore.

🏙 Present (Post-Reno Weight + Open Zpell)

👉 Ideas: From "Mega Mall" → "Lifestyle Complex" and "Urban City," the external 👉 adds modern lines (Modern Façade) such as curves, silver metal, and full-bloom clear glass to draw natural light into the interior... Double Skin Façade is used in some parts to reduce heat and add dimension to the building itself.. The name plate and logo adjust to Modern Font, accentuating the green-blue color Gradient.

Atrium still has but added decorative work with steel structure and wood work, warm feel, Daylight highlighting, mixed Warm White lighting to create a friendly atmosphere, added living areas and activity zones (Event Hall, Food Park, Co-working) connecting traffic.
