Begin by seasoning your wings with Heath Riles chicken rub for a delicious base flavor. Grill them low and slow at 250°F until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, ensuring they're fully cooked and juicy. While the wings are grilling, prepare the sauce. In a medium saucepan, melt four pats of butter and mix in a half cup of Heath Riles maple honey habanero glaze, along with 2 ounces of Jack Daniels Tennessee Apple for an added depth of flavor. Add Heath Riles honey rub across the top for an extra layer of sweetness and aroma, and finish with a couple tablespoons of honey for a glossy finish. Simmer the sauce until it thickens and becomes frothy, then toss the grilled wings in the sauce until they are well coated. Once coated, return them to the grill for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. This allows the sauce to caramelize and develop a sticky, mouth-watering glaze that will leave everyone wanting more. Serve hot and watch them disappear at your next gathering!
