ถ้าใครเป็นสายกินมื้อดึกแล้วกำลังมองหาร้านราเมนคุณภาพดี Sho Ryu Ramen ที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ BTS อุดมสุข ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ตอบโจทย์มากครับ ร้านนี้เปิดถึงตี 4 ทำให้สามารถไปกินได้หลังเลิกงานหรือตอนดึกอย่างสะดวกสบาย จากประสบการณ์ที่ไปกินแล้วนั้น ผมชอบที่ร้านมีโปรไข่ต้มฟรีไม่อั้นสำหรับลูกค้าที่มาในช่วงเวลาตี ๆ ซึ่งเป็นไฮไลต์ของร้านที่ช่วยเพิ่มความคุ้มค่าให้กับมื้อนี้ แม้ผมจะไม่ได้สั่งไข่ต้ม แต่ลูกค้าอื่น ๆ ที่มาด้วยต่างก็ชอบกันมาก ในส่วนของเมนูราเมน ทางร้านมีทั้งทงคตสึที่น้ำซุปนัวเข้มข้น เส้นไม่แข็งหรืออ่อนเกินไป หมูชาชูนุ่มละลายในปาก แถมยังมีน้ำมันรายุและน้ำส้มสายชูให้เติมเพิ่มรสชาติได้ตามชอบ รวมถึงโชยุราเมนที่มีกลิ่นหอมจากซุปดาชิ รสชาติกลมกล่อมและมาพร้อมกับหมูชาชูและไก่คาราอาเกะที่กรอบนอกนุ่มใน อีกหนึ่งเมนูที่พลาดไม่ได้คือทาโกะยากิที่มีแป้งกรอบนอกละลายในปาก หมึกเด้งและซอสที่ราดมารสชาติเข้มข้น ร้านนี้อาจจะมีที่นั่งไม่เยอะ แต่บรรยากาศอบอุ่นและเหมาะกับการแวะพักเติมพลังในตอนดึก ข้อดีอีกอย่างคือร้านตั้งอยู่ใกล้เซเว่นใหม่และใหญ่ที่อุดมสุข ทำให้กินเสร็จแล้วสามารถเดินไปซื้อของต่อได้สะดวกมากครับ โดยรวมแล้ว Sho Ryu Ramen ที่นี่ตอบโจทย์ทั้งความอร่อย ราคาน่าคบและบริการที่เปิดดึกได้ใจคนหิวหลังเที่ยงคืนจริง ๆ
