It's not just about tracking; it's about consciously harmonizing with these natural rhythms, and I've found it incredibly enriching, especially during a New Moon when energies feel so fresh and grounding. For me, the Menstrual Phase (my inner winter) during this New Moon was all about deep rest and gentle release. The OCR insights really resonated with me – it suggests focusing on resting, letting go of clutter, both physical and mental. I tried journaling my thoughts, sipping soothing teas, and using essential oils for grounding scents. Instead of pushing myself, I embraced gentle tidying and allowed myself to truly be still, which felt so healing. It reminded me how crucial it is to honor this time for renewal, especially if you experience the 'White Moon' cycle, bleeding around the New Moon itself. This period is a sacred call to nourish oneself and truly reset. As I transitioned into the Follicular Phase (my inner spring), the energy shifted beautifully. It felt like a fresh start, perfectly aligned with the New Moon's planting energy. I focused on channeling this rising energy into intentional action. The OCR mentioned planting ideas and setting up gentle routines, which I embraced by doing some light movement, freewriting my goals, and repeating positive affirmations. I even refreshed my living space, clearing out old energy to make room for new inspirations. I found that light cardio and planning out my week during this time really boosted my productivity and brain function – I felt so much more mentally sharp! Then came the Ovulatory Phase (my inner summer), when my energy was at its peak – truly magnetic and outward-focused. This was my time to share ideas, connect with others, and embrace social activities. The OCR's advice to focus this high energy intentionally was key. I enjoyed energizing movement, practiced mindful pauses to stay present, and even beautified my surroundings, which felt like an extension of my own radiating beauty. Socializing, trying a HIIT workout, and eating lots of fresh salads felt incredibly natural and supportive of my peak energy and balanced hormones. Finally, the Luteal Phase (my inner fall) brought a natural internal shift. As my energy began to turn inward, I focused on simplifying and tying up loose ends. It's amazing how much more gracefully I navigate this phase when I consciously create space for it.
