What I do for work ?
Hello! I’m a business development coach for a Toyota dealership. My job is to make sure my team is motivated and encouraged to be confident, be accurate and make more solid appointments that will generate car sales.
The best part of my job is that this is something I’d never thought I’d be doing. When I first started back in 2018. I was just looking for a job. But over the years, I have enhanced my own confidence along with leadership and communications skills. Now, I am a completely different person at work and In my personal life because of how dedicated I was to becoming better at what I do. I started off as a Bdc Agent and was promoted to bdc assistant
manager within 6 months of my first year. I held the spot for number one appointment setter and top selling agent in my region for my first 4 years until transitioning into a full time manager.
I say all this to say, you don’t have to be perfect at something you just have to want better for yourself. I never thought I would be running this department just 6 years later. Find a path you want to go in, a niche you are great at, or something your completely terrified to do and find ways to be amazing at whatever that is!
