Day 1 of 30 ✨ My debut with Type 1 Diabetes started in the hospital, with diabetic ketoacidosis. I had been normalizing extreme thirst, weight loss, constant bathroom trips, and fatigue… until my blood sugar hit 640 (35.5 mmol) and I could barely breathe. That’s when I heard for the first time:
