Choosing Me: A Transformation Story
I used to think that "dieting" was the only way to see results. I spent years in a cycle of restriction and burnout, putting everyone else’s needs before my own. I was literally running on empty. 🕯️
Everything changed when I shifted my focus from shrinking to healing.
For me, that meant two things: Clean Fasting and Radical Self-Care. Why Clean Fasting? ☕️
I stopped overcomplicating things. No "dirty" fasting with creamers or sweeteners that spiked my insulin. Just water, black coffee, and tea during my window. It gave my body the break it deserved and finally cleared the brain fog I’d been living in for years.
Why Self-Care? ✨
I realized I couldn't hate myself into a version I loved. I started taking time for me—whether that was a long walk, early bedtimes, or just sitting in silence. Weight loss became a side effect of finally respecting my body.
