Back training going well
I’ve always had a strong back and as I’ve gotten older I’ve been able to find tune my back training to maximize my results and if I had to choose I’d say my back is my strong point in my physique. Back days are never complicated, just lift heavy shit lol #gymmotivation #Fitness

I feel REALLY good about this one. When I started my post collegiate fitness journey I didn’t have access to a flat bench at planet fitness so I just never did barbell bench press and even in college it wasn’t an exercise we did often in the weight room as track and field athletes. Feels real good
