EP.2 People choose the house. The house chooses people!
I went through 20 first and second-hand houses. Today I got a pleasant house. This is a house that came to see many times all morning, day, evening, dark night. I also came to explore all day, all Saturday and Sunday. I also observed the surrounding area, the central use and playground of the people in the village.
We have worked out many reasons.
1. Near my parents' house, who have lived for almost 20 years, know the way to get in and out, and enough to change the prime time.
2. Build with light mass bricks, easy to smash (with additional plans)
3. It is convenient to travel. There is a minibus. The way is not dark, it is not dark. Near the electric train.
4. The entrance to Mu Ban is a 4 lane road with 7-11, CJ, Mini BigC, Lotus in front of the alley. There are 2 markets nearby.
5. The house is in the alley. The road in front of the house is not narrow. And I still rarely see other houses parked in front of the house. It is quite open.
6. The house itself, in front of the long house, makes the house look uncomfortable, + the back of the house is not attached to anyone, the wind is always blocked from other houses, and it is a semi-detached house, just the kitchen wall, the other parts are separated.
And the key to making decisions easier is
7.The price is on the budget + is a 1-hand house + the size of the space is being fit. There are giveaways. After this, we extend the price up to 4 times together to get the number we are satisfied with:)
The only thing I noticed was that the design of the house was not as modern as the other brands that went to see it.
การเลือกซื้อบ้านไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องของตัวบ้านเท่านั้น แต่ยังเกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันและสิ่งแวดล้อมรอบบ้านด้วย ซึ่งจากประสบการณ์การไปดูบ้านทั้งมือหนึ่งและมือสองมากถึง 20 หลัง พบว่าการถี่ในการเข้ามาดูบ้านหลายช่วงเวลาต่างกัน เช่น เช้า กลางวัน เย็น หรือแม้แต่เวลาค่ำ จะช่วยให้เห็นสภาพแวดล้อมและการใช้งานส่วนกลางของหมู่บ้านได้ชัดเจนขึ้น เช่น สนามเด็กเล่น สภาพถนน หรือแม้แต่มลภาวะเรื่องเสียงและแสงไฟในแต่ละช่วงเวลา เทคนิคสำคัญอีกอย่างที่ช่วยตัดสินใจได้ง่าย คือการศึกษาเรื่องการเดินทางและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เช่น บ้านหลังนี้ที่อยู่ใกล้เส้นทางรถไฟฟ้า ทำให้การเดินทางสะดวก รวมถึงถนนกว้าง 4 เลน มีร้านสะดวกซื้อและตลาดใกล้ๆ ช่วยเรื่องความสะดวกสบายในการจับจ่ายใช้สอยประจำวัน และยังลดเวลาที่ต้องไปหาซื้อของไกลๆ อีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ ความเป็นส่วนตัวของบ้านก็มีความสำคัญ บ้านที่มีหน้าบ้านยาว และหลังบ้านไม่ติดใคร จะช่วยให้ลมพัดผ่านได้ดีและไม่อึดอัด ซึ่งช่วยให้รู้สึกอยู่อาศัยได้สบายมากขึ้น และการเลือกบ้านที่ผลิตจากอิฐมวลเบาสามารถปรับปรุง ทุบต่อเติมง่ายตามแผนที่วางไว้ได้ รวมถึงการเดินทางที่มีรถสองแถวผ่าน และถนนสว่าง ไม่เปลี่ยว ถือเป็นสิ่งที่ควรคำนึงถึงเพื่อความปลอดภัย ในเรื่องราคานั้น การต่อรองราคาถึง 4 รอบจนได้ราคาที่พึงพอใจ ถือเป็นข้อได้เปรียบที่ควรเอาใจใส่ เพื่อให้บ้านมือหนึ่งที่เลือกอยู่ในงบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้ และได้ของแถมที่คุ้มค่า สำหรับใครที่กำลังมองหาบ้าน การทำเช็กลิสต์แบบนี้จะช่วยให้การตัดสินใจเลือกบ้านเป็นเรื่องง่ายและมั่นใจมากขึ้นทีเดียว
