I found a protein coffee alternative after the gym in the morning. These protein coffee packets are 3 dollars at HEButt and have 1g sugar, 20g of protein, and two espresso shots. Ask for a Venti ice water at Starbucks and it's for free. Venti iced coffee for 3 dollars 💸

Ice in cup > add two squirts of orange vanilla Mio > fill half way with French Vanilla creamer (add more or less) > fill the rest with water > stir like an iced coffee and enjoy. 😉

Found the plan clear lazy Susan in the crafts storage isle at Walmart. Jazzed it up with some paint and the beautiful goth babes and Voila!
