🚫 Don't say this... at the job interview!
Time for a job interview. Maybe we're excited.
Until he said something that said, "It's okay."
But HR actually listens to the end is to turn off the notebook in mind, and then gently 😶🌫️
This is something that should never be said.
Because it makes the job opportunities disappear confused
❌ 1️⃣ "Well, I don't know."
Okay, I don't know, but don't talk straight down the door.
Change to
✅ "I haven't done it yet, but I'm ready to learn quickly."
HR prefers people who "don't know but fight" to "don't know and finish."
❌ 2️⃣ "The old place is not okay. There are only problems."
Complaining at an old office = HR will think, "You'll complain about our company."
To be honest, emphasize the experience learned, not the bad.
✅ "There were many challenges that made me develop emotional management.
And better solutions. "
❌ 3️⃣ "I want the salary cap the company can give."
Sounds more lacking in working intentions than just focusing on money deals.
Change to
✅ "I'm working hard.
The salary section is willing to talk as appropriate to the role. "
❌ 4️⃣ "I have no further questions."
This is the killer sentence HR doesn't want to hear.
It conveys "don't care about work" or "don't research anything."
Easy questions, like
"How many people do the team work?"
"What is the success of this position measured by?"
Asking = Interested in real work
❌ 5️⃣ "I'm not really interested in this position..."
Saying this is the end from the first sentence.
HR needs someone who wants to work with that position.
If you want to change your mind, focus on why you want to try.
"I want to give myself the opportunity to learn more challenging roles."
Job Interview = Chance Show Readiness
Not to say perfect, but to "send the right signal."
That you are a big worker, solve problems and have a positive attitude. 🤝
Did you ever say anything in the interview and regret it later?
Share it as a lesson for your colleagues. 👇😅
