It's almost the end of the year... do you still want to stay?

1) Assess yourself first why you want to move.

Want to change because of fatigue?

Because the salary doesn't go up?

Because don't see a chance to grow?

Because the Toxic team? Or the boss isn't okay?

This answer is very important, because if you don't know the cause, you risk choosing a new job in an endless loop.

Tip: Write down three reasons and ask yourself what kind of new job "really solves this problem."

2) Update the resume to be ready before the end of the year.

Things need to be adjusted before the end of the year.

✔ Write About to sell more identities.

✔ Latest Experience and Skill Update

✔ Adjust the profile to look professional.

✔ Turn on the correct "Open to Work" mode (Coach helps!)

Good LinkedIn = Job approached first. Don't always run for your own job.

4) Start a list of companies that want to move to now

Do not apply for "targeted" applications.

Try a list of 10 dream companies. Separate why you want to enter and see what skills you still lack.

If absent → fill the scroll before actually opening the beginning of the year.

If ready → Prepare the document as fit as possible.

5) Plan the finances before deciding to move.

Job moves, maybe with a Gap of 1-2 months.

Don't rush to apply impatiently - keep the reserve at least a few months and move steadily.
