For people who want to "grow up in the field" this year

The New Year has not made us progress ourselves.

But what we do in the first month of the year determines the whole year.

If you don't want to let this year go the same way,

1️⃣ Review Skill that the market needs (not just what the company needs).

Ask yourself,

- Skill is growing in our line of work.

- Skill is getting obsolete.

- If we change companies today, what do we lack?

📌 Focus on the "labor market," not the Comfort Zone.

2️⃣ Set clear goals (measurable)

Don't just say

❌ "Want to be better"

Try turning it into

✅ "I want to be a Lead Project."

✅ "I want to have two resume works."

3️⃣ update the resume, even if you're not looking for a job.

Don't wait to resign.

Update = Know yourself

Nice resume. Keeps you out of the same place.

4️⃣ adjust LinkedIn to reflect real identity.

✔ Headline says you're good at anything.

✔ About Read and know what you can do.

✔ Experience has results.

✔ Activity also exists.

5️⃣ No-go Upskill Planning

Don't study everything.

Just choose 1-2 Skill.

- Actually.

- Work extension

- Add value to yourself.

6️⃣ Czech opportunities to grow in the current workplace.

Ask yourself directly.

- Is there a big way?

- Is there a Mentor?

- Really learned or just repeated.

If the answer is "no,"

At least... have to start planning.

7️⃣ Set up a new Mindset with the word "grown up."

Growing up doesn't have to.

- Change jobs immediately.

- Big position.

But is

Better, clearer and more choice.

January = foothold month

No rush.

But have to know which way to run.
