"Responsible for..." vs "can do sales..."
Just change the words. A lot of different powers!
Many resumes miss this without knowing it.
Write that
"Responsible, take care..."
"There's a duty to do..."
It's not wrong, but the problem is, it's "not selling you." HR doesn't want to know what you're doing.
He wants to know
You "did, then what happened" changed from "duty" → to "result."
Same old
- Responsible for Social Media
- Work in sales
- Take care of the client.
New type
- Increase followers by 40% within 6 months
- It sells 1.2 million a month.
- Care for 20 + corporate customers with 95% Retention
A simple recipe.
Action + Result + Number
Such as
What does → what works → how to measure?
The example changes the picture.
Responsible for marketing campaign
Executed marketing campaign that increased sales by 25%
From the company page.
It creates content on the page, resulting in a 60% increase in Engagement.
Why is it important?
Because of words like
"Take Charge / Take Care / Do"
Anyone can write
But words like
"Add / Create / Cause Results"
Makes you "different."
Nice resume.
Not just tell me what you did.
But have to make HR see that.
What value can you create?
Try opening the resume yourself.
And see how many points the word "responsible" is.
If too much
It's time to adjust.
Job's service is good, good.
