Hi, I’m Hannah šŸ‘‹šŸ¼

I’ve been journaling since I was 10 — it’s been my anchor through transition, motherhood, grief, burnout, creativity, and every messy in-between moment.

Now, I help women reconnect to their voices — the ones they quieted, edited, or lost somewhere along the way.

When I became a mom, I felt like I disappeared.

Like I could remember who I’d been, but not how to get back to her.

So I returned to the page. I started walking labyrinths.

And I’m still finding a way home to myself.

I do Guided journaling workshops & labyrinth walks.

Designed to help you process, reflect, and remember who you are —

without judgment, pressure, or performance.

If you’re craving space to hear your own voice again —

follow for more journal prompts labyrinth walks and creative soul care.

... Read moreJournaling and labyrinth walking serve as powerful tools for personal growth and healing, especially during transformative life phases such as motherhood, grief, and creative burnout. The integration of creative rituals and spiritual practices can significantly enhance one's connection to inner wisdom and emotional resilience. As highlighted by the journey shared, embracing these methods is not about fixing oneself but about coming home to a deeper self-awareness and acceptance that has always existed within. The practice of journaling from a young age fosters self-reflection and an ongoing dialogue with one's inner voice. Guided journaling workshops provide structured prompts that encourage navigating complex emotions and experiences, supporting mental clarity and emotional processing. Additionally, labyrinth walks—a spiritual or meditative walking practice—offer a unique, embodied way to reflect and find calm amid chaos. According to the OCR insights, creativity and intuition are described as sacred threads woven throughout life, not merely hobbies. For individuals who have built lives that appeared orderly externally but felt disconnected internally, returning to these practices can revive a sense of purpose and authenticity. Grief and loss often leave a void, but journaling and labyrinth walking offer a Phoenix-like rebirth, helping individuals rediscover their true selves beyond external roles and expectations. The phrase "Pen and labyrinth isn't about fixing yourself; it's about coming home to you that's been there all along" encapsulates the essence of these practices—emphasizing that healing is an inward journey of remembering, not repairing. As a result, these soulful practices are essential for seekers navigating identity changes and life transitions, empowering them to reclaim their voices, creativity, and spiritual connection. For readers interested in exploring these methods, incorporating regular journaling sessions combined with mindful labyrinth walks can cultivate emotional balance, creativity, and self-awareness. Whether coping with motherhood stress, grief, or burnout, these approaches provide nonjudgmental spaces to heal, grow, and thrive.
