All my neurodivergent girlies (that goes for all the genders) who can’t sit still, I love audio journaling! If you got an iPhone, we got a journal app built in that lets you do it. Day one is free for up to one journal and lets you do it as well. Also use your voice notes app if neither one works for you, not sure if you can lock those. But it’s just as secure as a notebook you write in 🤷🏾‍♀️
