***Not a medical or hair profesional**

➡️Updated 2/8: I like what it is doing my hair. Keep my hair feeling hydrated n feeling soft. I feel like my hair curl better n easier to manage.

🛑Does it help with stress? Your mileage will vary. I have noticed a mild effect. It's not overpowering. It's important to remember food, sleep,to much sugar can also add to your stress.

👉How much I use it? Atleast twice daily on face and hair.

🧭Should you try it? I think you research the ingredients and decide for yourself. It can be a good way to save money, learn new things and learn about yourself.

🎫Make your own version. Just remember to get organic tea. Use Purified or Distilled Water. Keep in fridge.

Have some Witch Hazel, Tea tree oil, Shea butter, and/or black seed oil on hand. They help with inflammation and irritation.

End of 2/8 update

😶‍🌫️Researching ingredients doesnt take long. Just find some that fits what u trying to do. Try to limit ingredients to So you have of understanding of Whats working or not working.

I prefer to use organic teas because they don't have extra ingredients. Esty is a good site to buy ingredients.

🎫U can add hair oil to it if you like. Essential oils like peppermint, Lavender, tea tree oil as well

🛑Leave in the fridge. Check the smell of it as well because tea does go bad.

👁I use products like Witch hazel, Shea butter, black seed oil and tea tree oil with the spray as well. They are all anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and antiflungal. This helps me deal with possible irritation.
