Mental Health Supplement Series #1

Beta Alanine is known more for its workout benefits. However after using it for month or so now, I noticed a change in my Mental Health. Mainly with handling with Stress and Anxiety.

🚫Not a health specialist. I havent been diagnosed with any mental health issues. Never stop any medication for a supplement.Always discuss with your doctor. It hasnt had much research in humans as its mental health benefits.

⏩️Practicing grounding techniques, eating for your mental health and exercise is more important than the supplement.

I Introduce supplements one at a time. I decided to supplement with Beta Alanine because how different C4 energy drinks made me feel vs other energy drinks.

Since I have been supplementing with Beta Alanine

- I tend to bounce back faster mental feom daily stress.

- Overthinking, Depressive thoughts,anxiety have decrease. My overall mood has improved.

🍇 Eating for your mental health, grounding techniques, exercising, enjoying hobbies and self care also play a huge role as well.

🟦 Your mileage is gonna vary because we are all different. Its just not as simple as take this supplement and you see all these benefits.
