This is Tahona Bangkok, hiding on the 33rd floor of the InterContinental Sukhumvit Hotel. Just walk in and wow. Sanctuary Vibe is mysterious but luxurious, dim lights, extreme romance, and a full view of Bangkok at night. 🌃
The food part of this place will be a concept, take Thai raw materials and remake them to see Inter, but still taste the machine! Today we ordered 4 great menus. Survive every dish! 🍽️
🦆 Duck Chest: Open the first dish, it's impressive. Duck chest is made very soft, not sticky, mixed with Thai herbal machine. The taste is awesome. The smell of lemongrass leaves of bergamot kicks the nose.
🍊 Yum Grapefruit: The correct aperitif menu! Sour grapefruit is sweet, good, mellow-flavored yum, fresh, refreshing, very good to open the taste buds.
🦑 Salted Egg Stir-Fried Octopus: This dish is The Best! Big Octopus. Fresh, Bouncy, Stir-Fried with Salted Egg Sauce at Nirvana! Enamel every piece of Octopus. Intense taste. It smells salty egg but not greasy at all. Eat with hot beautiful rice is Nirvana ~
🍍 Pineapple Popsicle: Finish with the perfect dessert. Pineapple is grilled to a light smokey smell. Luscious. Eat with cold ice cream. Rejoice. Wash your mouth. Finish this meal perfectly!
