Moroccan Harira(Great Gut Reset Soup)
I promise it is easy to make, it might look like a lot of ingredients, but if you prep them in advance, the rest is just mixing everything together!
Ingredients:
Any broth (e.g., chicken broth) 32Fl OZ
Blended canned diced tomatoes – 2 cans
Diced celery, onion, and garlic (1cup)
(garlic as much as you want)
Canned chickpeas – rinsed (1can)
Spices:
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/3 tsp ginger (fresh or dry)
• Salt/pepper to taste
Mix of lentils – green or red (or both) (1cup)
Any beans – canned (1can)
Tips:
I usually add all spices by heart,
I add more cinnamon and cumin☺️
