Photos of TFE from Space
If you haven’t heard, The Final Experiment was a trip to Antarctica this past December that was conceived, organized, and partially funded by millionaire pastor Will Duffy. The idea was to bring both flat earthers and “globers” (normal people) to work together to observe the 24-hr sun and settle the debate.
While they were there taking film and photographs of the heavens, the NASA Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR) was in the heavens taking photos of their location.
I made a YouTube video about it here: https://youtu.be/fAaky0BfvYM
The Final Experiment (TFE) brought together individuals with differing beliefs about the Earth’s shape, fostering collaboration to observe natural phenomena like the midnight sun in Antarctica. This unique event attracted attention due to its controversial nature involving flat earth theories and scientific viewpoints. The initiative was prompted by millionaire pastor Will Duffy, who aimed to bridge gaps in understanding between these two contrasting groups. During their stay, participants engaged in discussions about the Earth's shape while documenting their observations. The NASA Deep Space Climate Observatory (DSCOVR) played a pivotal role by capturing images of their activities from space, aiding in visual documentation of the event. This interplay between scientific observation and personal experience highlights the ongoing debate about Earth's geometry, prompting viewers to question established norms. In addition to official photographs, participants shared personal accounts through various platforms, offering diverse interpretations of their experiences. This blending of documentary evidence and personal accounts enhances the narrative around such events, providing a multifaceted view of contemporary scientific discussions. For those interested in seeing the results of this remarkable experiment, a comprehensive video on YouTube further illustrates the journey and findings of The Final Experiment, showcasing the intersection of science, belief, and exploration. Explore these unique photos and enrich your understanding of ongoing debates regarding our planet's shape.
