How to make a "habitual" investment
Many people think...
Investing requires a lot of money, waiting to be ready, or... to be good.
But the longer I invested, the more I discovered...
The hardest thing is not choosing stocks.
But is...
Doing it consistently
Because wealth is not a huge investment.
But it stems from
Small investments repeated.
Month after month, until it becomes a "habit."
So I stopped thinking about what percentage of profits this year.
But changed to question myself...
This month... have we invested?
Because when investment becomes
"Routine."
Like brushing your teeth, exercising or drinking coffee in the morning.
Friends won't have to wait.
"Motivation" to start investing anymore.
Because when it becomes a habit,
Wealth will gradually grow with time.

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมพบว่าการลงทุนที่ประสบความสำเร็จไม่ใช่เรื่องของการค้นหาหุ้นเด็ดหรือรอจังหวะเหมาะสมเสมอไป แต่เป็นเรื่องของการสร้างนิสัยลงทุนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ โดยเริ่มจากการตั้ง "วันลงทุน" เป็นกิจวัตรประจำเดือน เช่น ลงทุนทุกวันที่ 5 ของเดือน ซึ่งผมได้แรงบันดาลใจจากแนวคิดของ James Clear ในหนังสือ Atomic Habits ที่ชี้ให้เห็นว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ยั่งยืนเกิดจากการทำสิ่งเล็ก ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง ผมไม่แนะนำให้รอเงินก้อนใหญ่หรือรอจังหวะตลาด เพราะสิ่งสำคัญคือการลงมือทำอย่างสม่ำเสมอ แม้จะลงทุนทีละน้อย เช่น เดือนละ 500 บาท แต่นั่นจะกลายเป็นพลังทบต้นที่มีความหมายในระยะยาว ช่วยให้ความมั่งคั่งเติบโตอย่างค่อยเป็นค่อยไป นอกจากนี้ ผมยังเน้นความสำคัญของการมีวินัยและควบคุมอารมณ์ ไม่ให้เกิดการตัดสินใจที่ผิดพลาดจากความรู้สึก เช่น ไม่ขายหุ้นเพราะความกลัวหรือความตื่นเต้นเกินเหตุ (FOMO) ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่จะทำให้แผนการลงทุนล้มเหลว ท้ายที่สุด การลงทุนไม่ควรเป็นสิ่งที่ต้องบังคับหรือทำเพราะแรงจูงใจชั่วคราว แต่ควรเป็นกิจวัตรประจำวันที่เหมือนกับการแปรงฟันหรือดื่มกาแฟในตอนเช้า เมื่อคุณมีนิสัยนี้แล้ว ความมั่งคั่งก็จะเกิดขึ้นอย่างค่อยเป็นค่อยไป และเป็นผลจากการลงทุนที่ทำอย่างต่อเนื่องยาวนาน เพื่อน ๆ ลองตั้ง "วันลงทุน" ของตัวเองแล้วมาแชร์กันว่า การลงทุนสม่ำเสมอช่วยเปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตทางการเงินคุณอย่างไรบ้างครับ
