I incorporate movement and stretches into my routine that not only support my physical health but also boost my mental wellness, which is crucial for epilepsy management. Using apps like CapCut, I am able to creatively express my story through videos, sharing the ups and downs of being an epileptic warrior and a proud Indiana mom. These digital platforms offer a way to connect with supportive communities, such as fellow "gardenmomma" enthusiasts who cherish nature and self-care. Embracing my identity means advocating for body positivity and epilepsy awareness simultaneously, proving that neither defines or confines me.
