Chicken Sausage Protein Pasta

- 1 package apple chicken sausage

- 1 shallot

- 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil

- 2 cups heavy cream

- 3/4 cup chicken broth

- 2 tbsp butter

- paprika

- garlic powder

- onion powder

- dried thyme

- salt & pepper

- sun dried tomatoes

- chickpea noodles

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook sausage and shallot in a pan or pot with oil. Once cooked, set aside. In the same pan or pot, add the rest of the ingredients except sun dried tomatoes, and stir. Seasonings are to your taste, I don’t usually measure. Add sausage and shallot back in with the sauce, add sun dried tomatoes (could add spinach too). Serve over cooked noodles. I used chickpea noodles for the extra protein. 😋
