how to get back into ROUTINE

I just got back from a long vacation & If you've recently returned from vacation or a break, getting back into your routine can feel challenging. Here are some tips to ease that transition:

1. **Start Slow**: Don’t rush back into your full schedule. Begin with lighter tasks and gradually build up to your regular routine. 😮‍💨

2. **Set Small Goals**: Focus on achievable daily goals. This will help you regain your momentum without feeling overwhelmed. I write these out!!! 🏆

3. **Prioritize Self-Care**: Remember to take care of yourself. Incorporate activities that help you recharge. For me it’s hitting my lifts but it can walking, reading, etc. 💪🏼

4. **Reflect on Your Vacation**: Take a moment to reflect on your time off. Reflection helps me mentally move forward and get in the right mindset! 🧠

5. **Stay Organized**: Write down your tasks and priorities. Having a clear plan will help you feel more in control. I make to-do lists, checking off boxes releases dopamine and is a great positive reinforcer. ✅

6. **Reconnect with Your Environment**: Spend some time in your workspace or favorite spots at home to regain your focus and inspiration. My doggos were a big priority this week 🐾

Remember, it’s normal to feel a little out of sorts after a break. Give yourself time to adjust, and soon you’ll be back like you never left
