my GO-TO post workout protein packed smoothie 🍌🫐🍓

I drink this after EVERY workout to make sure I am getting in the right kind of nutrients for muscle retention/growth plus for a happy digestive system 😊

Here’s the recipe ⤵️

➡️1 large banana (100-120g)

➡️Frozen mixed berries (220-240g)

➡️Non-fat plain greek yogurt (100-120g)

➡️1 scoop of @legion whey in “birthday cake”🎂 flavor. DC “PFALLIS”

➡️almond milk (you can use other types for even more protein but this is just my preference) 275-300mL
