Holiday Setback

This is the Thanksgiving aftermath. I gained 3 pounds after Thanksgiving break. I over ate a lot on those days. I didn’t want to restrict myself while I ate with my loved ones. I also did not exercise that week. Primarily because my campus gym was closed and I don’t feel safe talking walks outside.
