Sunday Bible Study with me

I posted a bit ago and have deleted my post since then, and I restarted my Bible Study, I've simplified it, so that I'm getting important things, leaving room to grow and not feeling overwhelmed with writing a bunch of notes.

something about me is that I have ADHD and a Learning Disability. But my brain tells me that I can copy other people's methods of studying the Bible and be able to do that too, which is not entirely a lie, but it will mean for me, that I won't remember anything I learned or read. So I used ChatGPT to help me come up with a study method that will simplify my Study Time with also shortening it for hours a day (which there's absolutely nothing wrong with that) to about 25 minutes which is a much better time frame for me, because I'll be able to focus, and remember a little bit more about what I read/studied.

Don't be like other people, if you come across a post or a video or whatever and it looks like fun 100% try it out, but if it feels overwhelming, try something else you will find a way that works best for you, and don't let others tell you that you need to spend HOURS a day with God, because you don't, you can spend 5 minutes with him or 5 hours, but it should never feel overwhelming or stressful, it should make you feel calm, restful, at peace, not like another things to tick off your to do list. You 100% will make time for the things that matter to you, so if you find your self scrolling for hours maybe try grabbing your bible and reading it for a few minutes instead, try replacing habits that you may struggle with, with something else to help you grow in your relationship with God, reading His word, or praying, or mating even doing a kind act for someone. But try to make an effort for Jesus with whatever time you can JOYFULLY give him. He deserves it.
