We all want to go beyond just giving an allowance; we want to actively help our children learn financial responsibility and make smart spending choices. But how do we make it engaging and effective? I’ve discovered five fantastic, fun ways to introduce money concepts to kids that really stick. These methods teach them about earning, saving, spending, and even donating, making financial literacy a natural part of their growth. 1. Create a Donation Jar. This simple idea helps children understand the concept of giving back and the power of their money to help others. When my kids earn money, whether from chores or gifts, we encourage them to put a portion into a designated donation jar.
