ในประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมมักรู้สึกถึงความไม่ยุติธรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในระบบราชการและการเมืองไทยที่คล้ายกับที่กล่าวถึงในบทความนี้ ในฐานะคนธรรมดาที่เคยพยายามเสนอความคิดเห็นและเรียกร้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงผ่านกระบวนการต่างๆ กลับพบว่าเสียงเหล่านั้นแทบไม่มีผลต่อการแก้ไขปัญหาที่แท้จริง การที่ผลประโยชน์ของกลุ่มทุนและข้าราชการบางกลุ่มมีอิทธิพลอย่างมาก ทำให้หลายครั้งกฎหมายและกระบวนการยุติธรรมถูกบิดเบือนไปตามความต้องการของผู้มีอำนาจ ประเด็นเรื่อง "รัฐพันลึก" หรือ Deep State ที่มีอำนาจเหนือกว่ารัฐธรรมนูญและการเมืองปกติ เป็นสิ่งที่หลายคนกล่าวถึงบ่อยในช่วงหลายปีที่ผ่านมา เมื่อกลุ่มคนหรือกลุ่มทุนเหล่านี้มีความสัมพันธ์ที่แน่นแฟ้นกับข้าราชการหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับสูง ก็ยิ่งทำให้พวกเขาสามารถควบคุมการตัดสินใจและกฎหมายได้โดยสะดวก ซึ่งส่งผลเสียต่อประชาชนทั่วไป สิ่งที่ผมได้เห็นและเรียนรู้คือ การเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ ต้องมาจากความร่วมมือของประชาชนอย่างเหนียวแน่น การใช้สิทธิเสรีภาพในการแสดงความคิดเห็น และการตรวจสอบการทำงานของผู้มีอำนาจอย่างเข้มข้น นอกจากนี้ การให้ความรู้และปลุกจิตสำนึกให้กับคนรุ่นใหม่ก็เป็นหน้าที่สำคัญ เพื่อไม่ให้เราเป็นเพียงผู้รับผลเสียจากความอยุติธรรมเหล่านี้ แม้ว่าจะเป็นเรื่องยากและอาจต้องใช้เวลานาน แต่การต่อสู้กับระบบที่ไม่เป็นธรรมนี้ ไม่ควรถูกมองข้ามหรือยอมแพ้ การมีความเข้าใจในปัญหาและการรวมกลุ่มของคนที่หวังดี สามารถเป็นแรงผลักดันให้สังคมเดินหน้าไปสู่ความยุติธรรมและความโปร่งใสได้ในอนาคต
