Interestingly, the temple was designed by Saen Nok, or Buddha Kab Kaew, a Chiang Rai folk artist who worked with Master Chulimchai Chai, and the temple took about 11 years to build before it was completed in 2016.

According to local people, in the old days this area was a very wild area, especially tigers, and locals saw tigers jumping across the trench, so they called it "the tiger's dance." 🐯
