การเป็นหนี้เป็นสิ่งที่หลายคนต้องเจอะเจอในชีวิต และถ้าลองมองในมุมของประสบการณ์ผู้ผ่านร้อนผ่านหนาวมาทั้งที บางครั้งหนี้สินไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องการเงินอย่างเดียว แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงการวางแผนชีวิต การเลือกใช้จ่าย และความอดทนของจิตใจ ในช่วงที่แบกภาระหนี้นั้น ผมพบว่าการแบ่งแยกระหว่างตัวเราและหนี้สินเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก หนี้คือภาระที่เราต้องแก้ไข แต่ไม่ควรปล่อยให้มันมาทำลายความรู้สึกเป็นตัวของเราเอง เพราะความเป็นคนไม่ได้ขึ้นอยู่กับตัวเลขในบัญชีธนาคาร ลองให้โอกาสตัวเองได้พัก เพื่อเรียกความคิดที่เย็นลงและเปิดทางให้มุมมองใหม่ๆ เข้ามา เช่น การมองปัญหาในเชิงบวกว่าหนี้สินคือบทเรียนที่มีค่า และเป็นแรงผลักดันให้เราพัฒนาทักษะการบริหารการเงินและวินัยในตนเอง อีกสิ่งที่อยากแนะนำคือการตั้งเป้าหมายเล็กๆ ในแต่ละวัน เช่น การจ่ายหนี้บางส่วน หรือไม่ใช้จ่ายที่ไม่จำเป็น เพื่อสร้างความสำเร็จเล็กๆ ที่ช่วยเติมกำลังใจ และทำให้เราไม่รู้สึกท้อแท้จนเกินควร นอกจากนั้น การดูแลใจเองด้วยการหาเวลาทำกิจกรรมที่ชอบ หยุดพักผ่อนบ้าง หรือกินอาหารอร่อยๆ อย่างที่ใจต้องการ เป็นการเติมพลังที่สำคัญ เพราะถ้าเรากดดันตัวเองจนเกินไป จะทำให้สภาพจิตใจเหนื่อยล้าและยากจะฟื้นตัว สุดท้ายอยากให้ทุกคนจำไว้ว่าการมีหนี้ไม่ได้แปลว่าเป็นคนล้มเหลว ชีวิตเหมือนฤดูฝนที่ต้องมีวันที่ฝนหยุด และเราจะมีโอกาสผลิบานอย่างสดใสอีกครั้ง ขอเพียงประคับประคองใจให้ดี มีความหวัง และกล้าก้าวเดินไปข้างหน้าอย่างมั่นใจ
