My Experience at Digio Bridal 154cm bride

My first stop in gown shopping for my wedding in Feb 2026 is Digio Bridal! (i know, crazy that we are only planning it now😭). They have recently merged with another bridal shop Rico a Mona, so you get twice the selection. The shop is a whole 4 floor building and you will be spoiled for choice. 👰‍♀️

We didn't know where to start and were thankfully assisted by May who was helpful, bubbly, and polite. We felt very comfortable with telling her what we were looking for and what we were expecting from this meeting. May's enthusiasm also made us excited to choose our outfits. 🥰

I told May I'm a shortie and was concerned with what dress would suit me best. She recommended dresses particularly in the A-line style due to my petite size and told me usually brides will wear heels on the actual day too. 👠

There were two changing rooms on the second floor which were both filled so we were led to the fourth floor changing room for one. As shy first time gown shoppers we were grateful for the privacy. ☺️

May recommeded four dresses for me and helped me put them on, all of them were padded so i didn't need to use a nubra. I later asked if i could try on a fifth dress which she was ok with and immediately went to get one. We were also allowed to take as many pictures and videos as we wanted. Towards the end, she recommended both me and my husband try on a kua too. 📸

After we tried on everything we wanted, we were led back to the first floor to discuss pricing. May was not pushy on us getting the more expensive package and emphasised to just get the package we needed (for us it was the cheapest package at that time). She also said she will throw in a free men's kua worth $280 if we signed today. However, since this was still our first stop in gown shopping, we wanted to weigh our options and did not sign.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience at Digio Bridal. The service was fantastic and the gowns were beautiful, think princess/fairy tale like gowns ✨️🎀❤️. Price range wise, I think its quite affordable and similar in price range for other places that offer packages (don't quote me on this tho, later i wrong).

1️⃣ First Dress:

Strapless A-line with a beaded and sequin top. The corner edge of the top is higher to cover your armpit fat. Got bling bling effect, light train for the skirt.✨️

2️⃣ Second Dress:

Strapless, deep V neck with floral embroidery on top and on skirt, A-line.🧚‍♀️ Very fairy like, but the deep V feel a bit scandalous lol, train is longer and wider.

3️⃣ Third Dress:

Off-shoulder, corset looking top with heart shaped neckline, A-line. The good thing about off-shoulder is that it helps to cover arm fat. 😔 It has floral lace details on the top but that particular lace looked a bit old fashioned to me la. 🌸 Skirt was a plain tulle mesh skirt with many layers and wider train.

4️⃣ Fourth Dress:

Spaghetti strap, light V neck, floral embroidery from the top leading to the skirt, A-line. Skirt also has glitter floral outlines, very nice gentle bling.✨️ Unfortunately, I don't suit spaghetti straps, looks too normal for me (like im going to a regular function and not my wedding lol).

5️⃣ Fifth Dress:

Here I decided I like off shoulder cause I want to draw attention away from my thick arms (sis too muscular already😩). Anyways, this is an Off-shoulder, heart shape neck line with corset, A-line. Top has beaded and lace details that goes down to the skirt too, long and wide train.

🪭 Kua:

Couples kua, quite dong dong qiang but wear together very chio.🧧 This one confirm you are the centre of attention, who else will wear full red and gold. Put your si dian jin to good use here too, the gold can contrast the red. 🙂‍↕️ Say real, the gold embroidery really very detailed and pretty, also very comfortable to wear (can jump and man spread). I think quite good for jing cha when you kneel down. 🍵

Ok, hope my review was useful lemonade brides to be. If the review missed out anything or need any improvements, let me know! 🙂‍↕️

Feel free to ask me any qns you have too! 🙋‍♀️

... Read moreFrom my visit to Digio Bridal, I learned a lot about choosing the right wedding gown, especially being a shorter bride. The consultant May was great at recommending A-line styles, which helped me feel confident despite my petite height. She also reminded me that heels on the wedding day add a few inches, allowing more dress options. It was thoughtful that all the dresses I tried had padding, so I didn’t need extra undergarments. The privacy on the fourth floor changing room was a relief for a shy first-time gown shopper like me. I also appreciated being able to take unlimited photos and videos, which helped me compare dresses later with my husband. One highlight was trying the traditional men’s and women's kua set. The detailed gold embroidery on the vibrant red fabric really stood out and symbolized the wedding ceremony’s meaning. The kua was surprisingly comfortable and practical for the rituals. Regarding pricing, I found the packages competitively priced compared to other bridal shops I’ve researched. May was clear and honest about the packages and didn't pressure us to pick the most expensive option. The option to get a free men's kua with signing on the day was tempting but since we were just starting our gown shopping, we took our time. Overall, I would highly recommend Digio Bridal to brides who want excellent service, a wide dress selection, and affordable pricing. The A-line dresses were lovely, with special touches like beading and floral embroidery that felt dreamy without being over the top. I hope my review helps future brides navigate their gown choices with ease.
