Summer skincare can be tricky, especially when balancing efficacy and budget. After trying the SUMAX RELIEF SERUM, I noticed a remarkable difference in my skin’s sensitivity and breakout frequency. Lightweight and affordable, this serum worked wonders in calming my summer skin, which had become prone to irritation from stress and late nights. In addition to using this serum, I incorporated a few lifestyle changes that further enhanced my glow. For instance, while I can’t always get the recommended 8 hours of sleep, I prioritized quality rest when possible, which visibly improved my skin texture. Drinking plenty of water—about 3 liters daily—was another game-changer, helping to flush out toxins and increase hydration. I also found that limiting caffeine helped reduce flare-ups, even if it meant adjusting my usual habits a bit. Reducing screen time and managing stress were essential as well since both can negatively affect skin health. The combination of an effective, budget-friendly serum and mindful self-care created a simple yet powerful summer skincare routine that anyone can adapt for glowing, healthy skin without breaking the bank.

My 5 step skin routine!

I’ve been using Face Reality for a while & it has truly saved my life & changed my skin. I know they say you need to switch up your skin care routine but I will switch up other things like my toner & serum. MAYBE I’ll add in a different night cleanser but it’s rare. Let me know
