Daily Monologue
I find it insane that people who break you or deflect responsibility for they treated you always find their way trying to dig into your energy/presence again. Yet, somehow I was the proclaimed "problem"? Now with enough healing, and reflection on top of being married to someone who values me, as well as my daughter. I couldn't help but wonder, what do people gain from trying to dig back into your presence after hurting you?
I also find myself being rather introspective and observing the way people treat those around them. Maybe it's because now that I'm a married woman I pay attention to all the things that should've been paid attention to before or maybe it's because I'm becoming more aware to the shift in somebody's body language, and tone.
These are just my thoughts, and my observations- in no way am I saying we need to live in a "perfect" world or everyone needs to be "perfect". Just deeply thinking is all.

Relationships can be complicated, especially when someone who has hurt you tries to re-enter your life. People often wonder what motivates such behaviors. Is it guilt, a need for closure, or simply the desire for familiarity? As we journey through life, experiences shape our understanding of how to establish healthy boundaries and recognize our self-worth. Reflecting on these dynamics can lead to profound insights. Moreover, becoming more observant of body language, tone, and intent can enhance our communication skills. It's not just about personal encounters but understanding others' motivations and the effects of their actions. Reflecting on these thoughts helps us better navigate our relationships and ensures that we nurture connections that uplift us rather than drain our energy. Healing is a personal journey, and with time, introspection, and support from those who value us, we can learn to embrace our own voices unwaveringly.
